COMPLAINTS 

1. Return / complaint form

Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product, lot code and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

Please describe the defect of the product exactly so that we can better resolve your complaint.

WARNING! We would like to remind you that the unevenness of the surface of the candle or the color deviating from the one seen on the computer monitor is not the basis for complaint of the product. Both these things result from the naturalness of the components of the candle and the manual process of their production, and in no way affect the declared characteristics of the product.

 

2. Returning the product

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase document.

RETURNS


Under applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods without specifying a reason. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product /products:

The package with the statement and returned product / products, must also include all accessories received with it and a receipt or invoice.
